We are primarily focused on private investments in the real estate industry.

We constantly seek opportunities to invest in diverse types of projects with experienced partners that share the same interests that we do.

We are flexible to invest through distinct capital structures, including debt, equity, hibrid and other forms of structured instruments,

so we are able to provide a range of products with varied return and risk profiles to our investors.

Asset Management

Investment Strategies

Core

Low to moderate risk for income generation.

Generally properties that generate stable and consistent cash flows and require low capital expenditures. Income is commonly derived from long-term leases to high credit tenants while capital gains attained from appreciation of the properties are less significant. Investment opportunities may arise from corporate, industrial, retail and residential segments, as well as shopping centers.

Value Added and Opportunistic

Moderate and higher risk for capital gains.

Generally properties in development phase that require physical or administrative improvements, as well as higher capital expeditures. Investment returns are commonly derived from the appreciation of the real estate assets. Investment opportunities may arise from warehouses for industrial and commercial use, as well as from the hotel and land subdivision segments.

Alternative Investments

Exposure to non-traditional risk and return factors

Direct and indirect investments in infrastructure, distressed debt and equity, commodities, real assets and structured products. Risk-adjusted return enhancement and portfolio diversification through investments in assets with low correlation with traditional assets, such as public equities

and public debt.

Capital Access

Access to leading global funds

Access to hedge funds and global private equity, venture capital and real estate funds. Higher expected return deriving from opportunities that are generally not available in public markets and from liquidity premium. Easier and quicker investment implementation, besides lower costs and minimum investment amounts, compared to those of direct investments.
